Inconsistent creation of processes in the event of errors

If there is an error in the script for creating the process directory while saving a process, an error bar appears on the page for creating new processes. At the same time, a new process is created in the database. The user cannot exit the page with "Save", but after clicking "Cancel", the created process is displayed in the list of processes. Edit: The index becomes corrupted since the additional tasks for that process are not indexed.

Goal: A process should only be created if this can be done without errors. Otherwise no process should be created—or—the partially created process must be deleted again from the database. When you have corrected the error and click on Save again, the process should be able to be created. If this is not possible, you should not be able to click Save again.

I reclassified this issue as a bug and added the search label, because this situation breaks the search index. The issue text was extended.
