Desktop sometimes appears incomplete in Vivaldi

It has been reported: For a user who is allowed to see everything on the desktop (four windows), sometimes only the tasks and processes are displayed one below the other. For example, it expresses itself in such a way that first all four windows are visible, then a process is opened, then back to the desktop, only two windows are visible. Sometimes this is also remembered, and if it did happen, it should probably happen again when you log in again. It is not yet clear whether this only happens in Vivaldi web browser or Firefox, too.
