Subscribe, subscribe form elemet, subscribers are in set in DB,u can change data of subscribers manualy. Firs you need to set up SMTP, then plugin will work. You can use any SMTP plugin. after that u put subcribe form on page u wish(there is shortcode), or u can put subscrobe form via widget.
