Updating Arblib from 0.8 to 1.2

Hi, I'm currently updating HomotopyContinuation.jl to use the latest version of Arblib; see here:

In one test we are computing a bunch of intervals. While the intervals computed with Arblib 0.8 are pairwise distinct, those with 1.2 are not anymore. I'm trying to find out what is happening here: has there been an update to outwards rounding since 0.8 in Arblib? Or any other update that could have caused this?
