Fix Breadcrumbs markup

Hi Justin,

I recently got this email from Google webmaster search console.

Google systems show that your site is affected by one Breadcrumbs markup issue. This means that your Breadcrumbs pages might not appear as rich results in Google Search

I hope everybody using breadcrumb-trail is having this issue. How can we fix this?

AH sorry Justin, According to google issue is "Missing field "item"

I am having this same issue. It looks like the breadcrumb trail may need to be updated. I am experiencing a missing field item and invalid URL in field "id".

The issue is that the last item ID should be linked as well, not just plain text.
