I can't get past WebDriverException: Message: Process unexpectedly closed with status 1 when doing Open JupyterLab. I'm really not sure what is going on.

It seems its foundational, possibly related to Open Browser called by Open JupyterLab or similar... Debugged as best as I could for a few hours in #434 where I've slimmed things down a lot and still error.

Not sure what has changed, but we don't have these errors now.
