我目前对代码的loupan部分做了一下改造
1.多进程执行爬虫
2.每个城市的信息显示更多的字段然后使用js的data tables 做一个表格,可以按照表头做排序可以做模糊查询
字段名称楼盘名称 | 单价(元/平米) | 总价(万) | 面积 | 售卖状态 | 区域 | 详细地址 | 标签
3.每个城市的信息采集完成会按照时间入库为后期的数据分析做保留

对此项目比较感兴趣并且可以做很多的优化和改进有空可以一起聊一下
