gene syphon takes duplicate genes

First off, not really a bug its just how it works currently.
atm you can get a stupid amount of skin/hair genes if you get unlucky when gene syphoning, and that feels very meh.

If its possible then a system where it either just doesnt give the gene if it selects something you already have or just not allow the gene syphon to select a gene that is already on the pawn using the gene syphon

feel free to just close this if you dont want this type of ''issue'' posted here, i just thought it might be easier to remember it this way :)
