Loading

copy the following envs from current container:
- DOCKER_CERT_PATH (eg. "/home/ubuntu/.docker")
- DOCKER_HOST (eg. "tcp://18.233.60.10:2376")
- DOCKER_TLS_VERIFY (eg. "1")
copy networks from current container

Codeship builds use this setup.
