Adding highlighting for keywords: TODO, FIXME, CHANGED, XXX, IDEA, HACK, NOTE, REVIEW, NB, BUG, QUESTION, COMBAK, TEMP, DEBUG, OPTIMIZE, and WARNING in comments and text.
