Suggestion for a name for the project

The current name is not quite representative of the content of this repository, so here's an idea for a better name: DCM-PACKS.

The idea is to suggest that this is about making something that resembles a PACS, but not commit to full PACS functionality. The name also reflects the fact that this is about "packing" existing components together. We discussed with Marco, and decided that probably it is better to have a generic name, to make it not limited to a specific implementation of either viewer or DICOM server components.
