How to stop auto screen reading of NVDA and instead click a button to activate for reading screen reading when needed? #8

I have a situation where it's pretty annoying that the screen reading is reading everything from my computer mouse when I
m pointing at random stuff which is irrelevant for the screen reading to read it. I see that NVDA has the feature I can hold caps lock in order to stop the screen reading, but instead, I want to hold the caps lock to activate the screen reading if it's desirable.

Does anyone know how to achieve this?
