Feature: Start Tracking Time directly if an issue is opened

Hey there,

we'd love to have this tracker a little bit faster than it is right now.
If we are in a single ticket view e.g. /issues/4242 then we'd love to have this issue automatically creating a time entry without retyping the issue number.

Is this a lot of work? My RubyOnRails Knowledge is not that good...
