Feature description
The POCSAG pan contains "address" and "message". It would be great to have a "UTC" column (like the Packet decoder) with the arrival time and date of the message.
Target audience
Usefull for SWL monitoring pager system.

The Packet decoder has a UTC column because the APRS protocol has an optional field for that purpose. If it is available, the UTC column will display its value. It does not show the time of arrival at the receiver, the latter is not really tracked. Pocsag does not carry such information.
Thank you for your comment. If the message window is used only to display data coming from the decoded message, for sure we can't display the arrival time measured on the receiver. Maybe implementing a timsestamp at the receiver level will pervert the its purpose. I let some other Openwebrx user comment on this.
