No volumes, is the data recoverable?

drat doesn't detect any volumes, hence I cannot start file system inspection/recovery. Is this fixable and if so, where do I start?

The container superblock lists 0 APFS volumes, whose superblocks have the following Virtual OIDs:

Validating the APFS volume superblocks ... OK.
