Labeling data in Typst and converting it

Hi,
I want to convert typst file to json, label / mark text (just add line to content, for example #label() ) and then convert it once again to typst format. Unfortunately for now Pandoc ignores a lot of context and formating in typst. Is there any way to do it for now?

(Later we will format labeled text)

Right now we just use underlining, but that's not ideal as then user's underlining is mixing with that generated.
