Power Management WIP

Alright, got around to check out how this battery manager thing works. Don't understand it yet, but you need to install some userspace components which are in the ppa:ubuntu-concept/x13s repository. This will be accomplished by:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-concept/x13s --yes
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install alsa-ucm-conf protection-domain-mapper qrtr-tools

alsa-ucm-conf is for sound, not needed for battery. Still need to get around tinkering on this. After reboot, you have a white battery logo in the status bar, and it says it's discharging. Since the wdk doesn't have a battery, this is not entirely acurate, more like a hack. But better than the odd red empty battery logo.

Current state:

• protection-domain-mapper and qrtr-tools are now part of the ubuntu 24.04 repositories. No extra ppa required.
• qrtr and pd-mapper can be part of the kernel now, depending on kernel configuration. If the packages are installed they don't hurt, though.
• those pmic_glink errors are still there, a recurring issue. WDK (and X13s) are working fine, though.
