I would like to remove all scheduled job and queues
As it is not possible to remove a job once it has been scheduled, I would like to be able to reset/remove all jobs that has been scheduled or put on the queue.

Then I can re-add all schduled jobs again.

Kinda the same as restarting netcore website.
