ansible times out during base-tf2server playbook #2

downloading the tf2 server takes a long time, and ansible seems to time out while waiting, meaning the developer must manually check to see when the jackavery/base-tf2server:latest build is complete via ssh (using docker image ls) to cancel the playbook and continue as normal. this is mildly inconvenient!

the inconvenience caused by this is alleviated by the new-ish autoupdate script which does not care for ansible, but on first deploy it could still be annoying
