pretty crucial; a good simple fix would be to create them first under the www-data user?

sent a PR upstream at crinis/sourcebans-docker#8, fingers crossed

this would also be fixed by solving #1 as this image seems to be geared towards podman anyways

nvm even podman seems to have this issue
