Docker container without ProtonAdmin.properties

Hello, I have deployed Proton using the docker files. AuthoringTool is working fine, however ProtonOnWebServerAdmin is not working. Reading the installation guide, I miss the file ProtonAdmin.properties. Is it possible to add it to Docker container?

As part of the Docker installation, you should have it under at:
ProtonOnWebServerAdmin
https://github.com/ishkin/Proton/tree/master/IBM%20Proactive%20Technology%20Online/ProtonOnWebServerAdmin
/config
https://github.com/ishkin/Proton/tree/master/IBM%20Proactive%20Technology%20Online/ProtonOnWebServerAdmin/config
/ProtonAdmin.properties
It has some default value, that you need to verify or change.
We should add it to the documentation.
