Describe the bug

I can't get FSI Watcher to connect or display anything present in the integrated terminal's FSI session.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any folder
  2. Command FSI: Start
  3. Command FSI: Open Watcher
  4. Bind some variables. E.g., let x = 1;;

Expected behaviour

I think i expect the bound values to be presented in the Watcher editor window
