Forked repo iobroker.repositories should not run workflows #73

I suggest to check whether it is possible to set the "Disable actions for this repository" option whenever the iobroker.repositories repo is forked.

running workflows at those forkes does not make any sense but could produce unwanted files to be included into stable/latest PRs
