Weblate-Icon incorrect (always "Translator not available at Weblate" #66

The Weblate icon at iobroker.dev is always false and signals "Translations not available at Weblate". This is incorrect at least for some adapters.

Its no real problem, but if this link is displayed it should be correct. Low prio of course!

Note to myself: We are only loading the first 20 projects from Weblate. This needs to be fixed in the frontend, but also the backend proxy must support parameters and it must rewrite the response with the right "next" link.
