Ersatz für PSA Adapter

[Quaddriver]

Da der Entwickler des PSA Adapters seit einiger Zeit nicht reagiert und der Adapter seit einer Umstellung bei Stellantis nicht mehr funktioniert, wäre es sicher für viele User interessant, wenn sich ein Entwickler dem Thema annehmen könnte.
