What should this feature add?

It would be perfect to have a control over the target resolution in megapixels. Usually I know what resolution the asset should have in the end, and options like 2x-4x-8x don't help me at all.
Making it in megapixels allows me to have target resolution the same (roughly) no matter the aspect ratio of a source image.

Alternatives

Alternative could be allowing to upscale using long or short side target in pixels. Not ideal, but still much better than having only 2x-4x-8x options.
