What should this feature add?

There are two issues I've been able to find about MacOS support for Flux. Both are bug reports, and this is (as I understand it) currently more of a feature request than a bug, given the status of Flux in general, and bitsandbytes specifically.

...So this is the feature request.
For mentions / linking, here are the two earlier issues/bug reports:

• [bug]: MacOSX/M1 Flux workflow 5.0.0: TypeError: BFloat16 is not supported on MPS #6991
• [bug]: Flux models doesnt work on Mac M2 device. Gets an error like this -> ImportError: The bnb modules are not available. Please install bitsandbytes if available on your platform. #6965

I'm not sure what the most direct path forward is here. Would love some feedback, but, at the very least, this issue may serve as a tracking issue for Invoke's Flux support on MacOS.

Alternatives

Buy a Windows computer and pay $$$ for a GPU with large amounts of memory.
