Unable display logo but app desktop no problem #601

Hello I am running docker self host with latest version.

now can't display logo from web portal (see below screenshot), but app desktop is no problem:

followed this issue report but nothing helped:
#421

env has modified by https://invoiceninja.github.io/en/env-variables/ but nothing helped:

IS_DOCKER=true
LOCAL_DOWNLOAD=FALSE
