Let’s add a feature to bulk pre-print barcodes without breaking our IPN or Serial scheme

I have a lot of cycling of inventory onto gigs and back to home. Oftentimes we wind up needing to buy gear out in the field where I do not want to deal with label printing. I want to be able to have my label printer create an entire spool of custom QRs that fit into my InvenTree IPN scheme and are reserved but aren't registered yet, so I can just pull a sticker out of my pocket and serialize the new item on the spot. I imagine I could probably figure out a way to do this by making a plugin, and that will be my next white whale. Even so, I wanted to make note of my intent here, in case anybody is already partially down that rabbit hole and has advice to offer
