[RADA2B] TDM Channel Size 16 audio data is in wrong channel

With A2B settings for TDM2 and TDM Channel Size 16 bit, the audio comes in on the wrong the channel. Consider the following settings:

• Settings for A2B from Sigma Studio
  
• Settings for RAD-A2B
  

Results in the following:

• Monitoring the RAD-A2B audio
  

With TDM Channel Size 32 bit, the audio appears in channel 1. Switching both the SigmaStudio A2B settings and RAD-A2B settings to use 16-bit TDM channel size, the expectation is that the audio be in channel 1. However it appears in channel 2.
