BUG - Outgoing payment - error creating #32

Describe the bug

When you go to interledgerpay, and try to do a payment, after auth on rafiki.money, we get an outgoing payment creation error.

Expected behavior

Outgoing payment was created and everything is working. Success or False screen appears.
We should do aa new release after things are working.
