Currently you can't download a current .csv of the hierarchy data. It would be nice to allow for both a download and upload of this information for easier collaboration and management of it.

Specifically, I can download the current parent and child relationships in a .csv with the right format. I could then edit it offline and resubmit via the existing upload by .csv.
