[FEATURE] - Move the header/footer menu to Appearance submenu #380

The new addition of header & footer menu is kinda cluttering the admin sidebar.

Can you move this to be in the appearance submenu by default?

I guess the reusable blocks menu could be moved there as well, as those are all parts of the appearance I guess...
