Provide rpms for IAM

This was agreed at the last workshop, however looking in INDIGO-IAM-stable-EL9, there are no rpms for the more current releases.
Also, please provide a GPG key for the repo, I think that was agreed as well ;-)

Hi @marianne013, I apologize for this late answer. I've just created the rpms with usual procedure. I'll keep this issue opened because they still are unsigned.

Just to say, we looked at the rpms and they looked fine, but we would really really like a signed repo, please.
