An example case is being added to showcase TMAP8's capabilities to model thermal desorption spectroscopy.

Design

An example case will be added to TMAP8, along with potential improvements to the code, testing, and documentation.

Impact

Increased capabilities and a new example case to showcase TMAP8's capabilities and for users to have direct access to.

To enable these capabilities in TMAP8 requires several improvement to TMAP8, including:

• Increased capabilities, documentation, and clean up in ReleasingNodalKernel
• Increased capabilities, documentation, and clean up in TrappingNodalKernel
• Increased capabilities, documentation, and clean up in EmptySitesAux
• Increased capabilities, and clean up in EquilibriumBC (Ref. Enable EquilibriumBC to accept field variables #134)
