Sparky USB dietpi+gmrender play next error

Dear sir,
when i use play next option for listening to music if the next song have different Hz value, for example song with 44100Hz plays and next one to play has 48000H, the playback stops without starting next song and i have to unplug the device and plug it in electricity again.
This happens with various controllers and various dlna servers.
Is there some setting i should check?
