After this PR, it was found that a commit with docs will not trigger a release, which is an issue for the doc website. See https://github.com/input-output-hk/atala-prism-docs/actions/runs/9451170720/job/26031483199

So, we should add a plugin to incorporate this commit type. Refer to Refer to this https://github.com/semantic-release/commit-analyzer?tab=readme-ov-file#usage
