Our Pipelines:

  • We need to create a "molecules"-processing pipeline for Vitessce, but this is part of the larger effort for Vitessce-python integration.
  • Image pyramid/Offsets

TMC:

  • UCSD

Outstanding Issues:

  • We need to make a new pipeline and then run it.

There are two "New" datasets, modified 2020-10-15, but:

  • Ilan says they are unpublishable.
  • and he suspects there is no good data out there.
  • Unclear if these should be deleted. -- Will raise in portal-ui meeting.

@mccalluc I think this is less a UI issue than a HIVE issue. I would raise this with Matt/Joel and co.
