Scrollbar in interactive disappears after dragging out of the editor

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open interactive in editor
2. click in settings that you want to see the scrollbar
3. Eject interactive
4. Don't see the scrollbar anymore

Expected behavior
scrollbar is there even after ejecting from the editor

This does not happen all the time, however, it occurs rather often when selecting the interactive with it's halo after ejecting it from the editor.
I.e., the scrollbar is visible after ejecting, but disappears after selecting the interactive with its halo.
