To integrate software_was_used addition to corpus

Jack and I reviewed the "software_was_used" field for 741 curated software mentions. Now we are seeking to integrate the review results into our corpora.

@kermitt2 If you encounter anything that cannot be matched back, we can recheck. As we did this on a shared spreadsheet, we hope that there was no accidental, inappropriate manual change to the data that we failed to notice. Thanks for taking those from here!
