Bug In employee Organizational Chart

The job position text for users in the organization chart is currently overflowing its container. Please adjust the UI to ensure the text is properly contained within its boundaries, either by resizing the container or applying responsive text wrapping.

Under the reporting manager section, all employee details need to be displayed correctly in a structured chart format. Currently, some employee details are not fully visible in the chart, so please adjust the layout to ensure each employee's information is clearly shown within the organizational hierarchy
