Splinter cell Blacklist crash immediatelly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.1st and 3rd methods starts the game and its crashed in that moment.Method 
with global hook doesn't start the game 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Splinter Cell Blacklist v1.03 (Deluxe Edition) on Windows 7 x64 HP SP1

Please provide any additional information below.

Texmod was working fine with non license Blacklist,but it doesn't work on 
license copy of the game like umod.
