The structure and way in which translations are encoded in Leiden+ for the word processing file, which is pushed to P3 conversion, will remain the same as for papyri.info (with specific reference to how "line numbers" are indicated).
Possibly experiment with tabular encoding for lists with "two columns" or similar
Desirable is being able to point at the translation with a persistent URL as well as recto, verso and such divisions as papyri.info provides (but not line numbers, I reckon - we could use what line numbers are encoded, but that opens further cans of worms).
