Implement DEBUG_V and DEBUG_VV for more control over the log spam from Hue apps.

DEBUG:
Hides all endpoints that are prone to be spammed.

DEBUG_V:
Shows all endpoints

DEBUG_VV:
All endpoints and our response to the request.
