I don't like notifications from wip branches from forks I make. (In my own repositories I use branch: ... to restrict when CI is run).

The https://docs.github.com/en/actions/learn-github-actions/contexts#github-context has repository_owner, which would work,
but it's hard to deduce (as we learned from irc notification story). The fork/non-fork repository status would work most-of-the-time, if it were available, but i cannot find it.
