Show out of date/inconsistent builds for dependencies #15

I'm thinking primarily to see whether it makes sense to rebuild the package.

We can check whether...

  • there is a new version/revision of a dependency
  • the dependency was built after the package that depends on it

We could also go another route and check if a dependency built by itself but not together with the current package.
