Kharcha currently dispenses with decimals if the expense is a round figure. This makes it convenient for currencies like INR where fractions are rare.

However currencies like USD/EUR are full of fractional expenses. This looks bad:

Kharcha should display all numbers with decimals if any of them has a fractional value.
