for example a user hovers a username or a profile image in a chat, a little pop up can show a summery about that thing. also maybe our icons not be clear enough to new users. so they can hover them and see a little explanation about what this button do.

we need to use these 2 components of prime react :

clarification (add items to it later):

overlay panel

when user types one of these, suggest him results of search system for last 2 words or something like that.

  • editing a writing
  • editing description of something
  • in messages
  • a question or title
  • an answer to an ask

also show preview when hovering any of above refs.

tooltip

it will be done in Help ( #24 ) in v4 project
