custom date format #11

Invoking ledger with subprocess seems to ignore .ledgerrc file in which the custom date format (ISO) is defined.

I would prefer to use the ISO 8601 format and ledger seems to support it now.

I also prefer iso date format! Maybe using shell = True in the subprocess command could work?
