Cannot convert string to float (draw_path) #1

I am trying to load a Bootstrap icon SVG, and cannot load it. The SVG that I am using can be found here, just metadata is slightly modified.

It could not convert "-.618.44" to a float, which makes sense. But other apps can load the SVG just fine.

I need to load these in a batch, and I don't want to manually edit 1.5k svg files.
